Andy Walton

Andy is new to the voluntary sector. He has 36 years experience in the IT industry working for a multinational corporation. Andy offers experience in project management and finance.

Robbie Porter

Robbie served as the first Chairman of Worcester Community Action from January to July 2017.

I have extensive experience of providing training and consultancy around charity governance, service development and project management.
I was also Training and Information Services Officer for the Men's Health Forum, based in London. The Forum is the lead organisation aiming to improve the health of boys and men in England and Wales. I was responsible for developing the training and information services strategy for health professionals, policy makers and others. I led on the Forum’s response to ‘Choosing Health’, the government’s 2004 Public Health White Paper.

I am a former chairman of Worcestershire Racial Equality Council.

Sally Ellison MBE

Sally has over 24 years experience of working in the voluntary sector finishing as Chief Officer of a local Volunteer Centre.
She has experience of project management, funding bid writing, development of policies & procedures, governance, registering charities etc.
Sally also offers vast experience in managing volunteers, recruiting & retaining volunteers, support & training volunteers

Hedley J Burton MIMI

Hedley has nearly 20 years experience in the voluntary sector having managed a Community Transport scheme, added to the 25 years management experience in the motor trade being a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
This has given him a range of experience in financial and management procedures.
Hedley is also a trustee of The Royal Albert and St Swithuns Homes and the Rotary Club of Worcester Benevolent Trust.

Christopher J H Burton ADI

Chris is a qualified Driving Instructor living in Droitwich. He has nearly 19 years of volunteering experience having been a Millennium Volunteer. This has given Chris a good insight into volunteering and voluntary work. He graduated in 2007 with a BA in Sports Development and he is a member of the Rotary Club of Worcester.

Jacci Phillips

Jacci has worked in the voluntary sector for the last 12 years and is currently Chief Officer of a charity based in Malvern.

Throughout these years she has recruited and managed volunteers and believes that they are the life blood of any charity.

Jacci spent some years working at BBC Hereford and Worcester as a producer on the Action Desk where she promoted lots of local charities.

Jacci is the current chair of Worcestershire Community Transport Partnership and a trustee for another local group.
